Brenndon’s Journey Through Continuous Growth

Brenndon’s career journey reflects exactly that mindset.

Over nearly 15 years with our company, Brenndon has worked across multiple areas of the business, beginning on the shop floor, advancing into operations, transitioning into design, and now stepping into purchasing and operational coordination.

That experience has given him a unique understanding of how every stage of the manufacturing process connects together.

“When I first came here, I thought the work they were doing was really impressive,” Brenndon shared. “I wanted to understand how all of it worked.”

Today, Brenndon supports daily operations by managing purchasing activities and coordinating vendor relationships, ensuring teams across the facility have the materials and tooling they need to keep projects moving efficiently.

The role requires constant communication, prioritization, and problem-solving.

“It’s fast-paced,” he said. “You have to stay organized and work together to keep everything moving.”

Throughout his career, Brenndon says our company has consistently provided opportunities to grow and take on new challenges. He credits our collaborative culture for helping him build new skills across every position he has held.

“There are always people willing to help and share knowledge,” he explained. “If you don’t know something, people here want to help you figure it out.”

That commitment to learning has allowed Brenndon to grow alongside our company as we continue investing in advanced capabilities, operational systems, and manufacturing technology.

Looking ahead, he is especially excited about the company’s continued growth and new equipment investments that will further expand in-house capabilities.
