Building a Career Through Continuous Learning: Meet Riley Bosheers
Manufacturing is constantly evolving, and success often belongs to those who are willing to embrace change, learn new skills, and take on challenges outside their comfort zone.
That mindset has defined Riley Bosheers' career.
When Riley joined the company nearly six years ago, he was looking for an opportunity to expand his welding experience. Coming from a background in aluminum TIG welding, he saw our mold manufacturing environment as a place where he could develop new technical skills and push himself professionally.
What he discovered was an organization that values curiosity, ownership, and continuous growth.
Over the years, Riley's role has expanded well beyond welding. Today, he serves as Maintenance Lead and Welder, helping oversee maintenance operations, equipment reliability, machine installations, and facility improvements that support production performance.
His work plays a critical role in supporting operational excellence. Whether coordinating preventative maintenance, troubleshooting equipment issues, or helping relocate major machinery, Riley focuses on finding solutions that keep operations running efficiently and minimize downtime.
One of the aspects of our culture that has had the greatest impact on Riley is the level of trust placed in employees.
"Integrity means doing the right thing when no one's watching," he said. "People here trust you to take ownership and do what needs to be done."
That trust has created opportunities for him to expand his expertise into areas including electrical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, vendor management, and team leadership. Along the way, he has learned that growth often comes from tackling challenges before you feel fully prepared.
Today, Riley is focused not only on solving technical problems but also on developing as a leader. He is passionate about creating a collaborative environment where team members can learn from one another, share ideas openly, and work together to overcome challenges.
"You have to be open to learning and willing to fail sometimes. That's how you get better."
As we continue investing in advanced manufacturing capabilities and operational excellence, employees like Riley help drive the culture of continuous improvement that supports long-term success.
Because innovation isn't just about technology; it's about people who are willing to keep learning.
