After entering the manufacturing industry through a technical school internship program, Logan joined us with a goal of expanding his machining knowledge and learning advanced CAD/CAM software. Over the years, that commitment to growth has led him to develop expertise across multiple machining disciplines, software platforms, and manufacturing processes.

Today, Logan plays a critical role in programming operations while helping train and develop newer team members. His focus on knowledge-sharing reflects a broader philosophy that strong organizations are built when capability is distributed across teams rather than concentrated in a few individuals.
