Building Leaders from Within: How Opportunity Creates Growth at Integrity
The strongest manufacturing organizations don't simply invest in equipment—they invest in people.
Developing talent from within has become one of the defining characteristics of our culture.
Cody Adams is a great example.
When he joined us nearly eight years ago, he wasn't coming from another machining company or bringing years of CNC experience. His background was in construction, ironwork, and carpentry.
He started as a Mold Tech apprentice, learning an entirely new trade from the ground up.
As opportunities emerged, Cody continued saying yes.
After moving into Gun Drilling, he steadily developed his technical expertise while building trust with teammates and leaders. Today, he serves as Senior Leader for our CNC Gun Drilling department, overseeing projects, supporting production, coordinating communication between shifts, and helping train the next generation of employees.
His role reflects something we value deeply.
Leadership isn't simply about technical expertise. It's about helping people succeed.
Today, Cody spends much of his time mentoring new employees, improving communication across shifts, and ensuring everyone understands the priorities that keep projects moving efficiently. He recognizes that strong teams are built through collaboration and consistency, as well as trust.
That philosophy supports our broader commitment to operational excellence.
Every improvement, whether in communication, maintenance, scheduling, or training, helps create a stronger manufacturing system capable of delivering exceptional value for customers.
Our vision has always been bigger than producing quality tooling.
It's about building an organization where people can continuously grow and create meaningful careers.
Cody's journey reminds us that great leaders aren't always hired into leadership.
Sometimes they're developed one opportunity at a time.
