Four Capabilities, One Connected Approach

A mold is manufactured once, but its performance matters for much longer.

That’s why mold manufacturing requires more than the ability to machine and assemble a new tool. It requires expertise before manufacturing begins with precision throughout the build and the ability to support tooling throughout its working life.

That connected approach is part of our broader end-to-end manufacturing system. Our capabilities extend across the lifecycle of tooling, connecting people, processes and manufacturing expertise to support performance from initial decisions through ongoing production.

At Integrity USA, four capabilities are an important part of that approach: Mold Flow Analysis & Mold Design, Mold Making, Injection Mold Preventive Maintenance and Injection Mold Repair.

It Starts Before Manufacturing

Many of the decisions that influence a mold’s eventual performance happen before manufacturing begins.

Through Mold Flow Analysis & Mold Design, data-driven analysis and engineering expertise help evaluate how a tool should function and identify potential challenges, informing the decisions that shape its design.

It’s where an idea begins becoming a manufacturing plan and where thoughtful decisions create a stronger foundation for everything that follows.

Precision Turns the Design Into a Tool

Then comes Mold Making.

This is where engineering, technology and craftsmanship converge. Creating a high-quality injection mold requires precision throughout the manufacturing process, with each component and operation contributing to the performance of the finished tool.

We support this work with 3-, 4- and 5-axis CNC machining, high-precision 5-axis machining, deep-hole drilling, welding, laser engraving and large-format machining capabilities.

Equipment is only part of the equation. The experience of the people operating it, interpreting information, making decisions and solving problems is what turns manufacturing capability into a finished tool.

Maintaining Performance Over Time

Once a mold enters production, the focus expands from creating performance to preserving it.

Injection Mold Preventive Maintenance uses scheduled inspections and servicing to identify wear and address developing issues, helping tooling continue operating efficiently.

Rather than waiting for a problem to dictate the schedule, preventive maintenance provides opportunities to address issues earlier, reduce unnecessary interruptions and extend tool life.

When Problems Happen, Experience Matters

Even well-maintained tooling can eventually require repair.

Injection Mold Repair requires the ability to diagnose what is happening, determine the appropriate solution and execute that repair precisely.

The objective is to restore the mold to peak condition while minimizing downtime and extending its useful life.

Achieving that requires more than simply fixing what is visible. It takes troubleshooting, manufacturing knowledge and experience to understand the problem and determine the right path forward.

Four Capabilities. One Bigger Picture.

These aren't four disconnected services. They represent different stages of the same lifecycle.

What happens during design influences the build and how a mold is built influences how it performs. Preventive maintenance helps protect that performance and when repairs are needed, the knowledge gained throughout the life of the tool helps inform the solution.

That reflects our broader systems network approach: connecting people, processes and capabilities rather than viewing individual steps in isolation.

Mold manufacturing isn't simply about making a mold. It's about bringing together the expertise needed to support its performance throughout its lifecycle.
