Four Capabilities to See at the Integrity USA Open House
You can learn a lot about a manufacturing operation from a capability list, but there are some things you need to see in action.
At our upcoming Integrity USA Open House, customers, partners and members of our community can step onto the floor and see firsthand how our Tennessee operation is evolving.
We’re highlighting four capabilities: Large-Format Boring Mill, Parpas 5-Axis, Expanded Inspection + Validation, and Integrated Workflow.
Each represents an important step forward on its own. Together, they show something bigger taking shape across our operation: greater capability, more advanced technology, stronger processes and a more connected approach to how work moves through our facility.
Large-Format Boring Mill: Taking on Bigger Work
The Doosan DBC 130 expands the physical scale of work we can manage in Tennessee.
Its size and capacity allow our team to machine extremely large, heavy components and perform complex boring and machining operations within our own facility.
Adding that capability is about more than putting another large machine on the floor. It expands what our operation can handle and allows more of the manufacturing process to remain connected within our facility.
It's another example of how we're continuing to build a more capable and complete operation in Tennessee.
Parpas 5-Axis: Bringing Speed and Precision Together
The Parpas DIAMOND 10 brings high-speed, high-precision five-axis machining to our operation.
Its monobloc gantry design, linear and torque motor technology and thermal stabilization are engineered to support speed, accuracy and consistent performance on demanding work.
It's also designed to support unattended operation, extending the productive capacity of the equipment when the right applications and programs are in place.
The Parpas represents the kind of advanced technology we're continuing to introduce across our operation: equipment that expands what we can do while raising the level of precision and performance we're able to achieve.
Expanded Inspection + Validation: Strengthening How We Verify the Work
As our machining capabilities advance, the processes surrounding them have to advance, too.
Our expanded inspection and validation processes give our team more opportunities to verify work as it moves through the operation rather than relying solely on inspection at the end.
On-machine probing and additional quality checks allow our team to verify critical features, document results and identify something that needs attention before the component continues downstream.
It's part of a broader focus on building quality into the process itself as we strengthen how work is checked, documented and handed from one stage to the next.
Integrated Workflow: Connecting It All
The fourth capability isn't a single machine. It's the way the entire operation works together.
From programming to machining, EDM to gun drilling, boring to inspection, and moldmaking to project management.
A typical project can move through many of these functions before it is complete. Our integrated workflow connects the people, information and processes behind that work so each team understands the requirements, where the work stands and what needs to happen next.
As our physical capabilities expand, we're continuing to strengthen those connections, too. New equipment becomes part of a larger process, inspection supports machining, information moves with the work, and people across departments coordinate to keep everything moving in the right sequence.
Individual machines create capability, but connecting our equipment, technology, processes and people creates a manufacturing system.
That's the bigger story we want visitors to see at our Open House.
