See What’s Changed: Inside the New Integrity USA
If you haven’t walked through Integrity USA lately, you haven’t seen the Integrity USA of today.
Over the past several years, we’ve been investing in our facility, our equipment, our capabilities, our processes and, most importantly, our people.
The facility may be in the same place, but what’s happening inside looks very different.
Together, these investments are creating a stronger, more capable manufacturing operation positioned to take on more complex work and deliver greater value for our customers.
We’ve Expanded What We Can Do
We have built a strong reputation for supporting engineering changes, repairs and complex tooling needs.
Today, that’s only part of the story.
Our modern, well-positioned US facility brings together the latest large format 5-axis machining capabilities, including high-precision 5-axis machining and 7-axis deep-hole drilling, supported by the manufacturing infrastructure needed to create a complete solution for our customers.
Together, these capabilities allow our team to support every tooling need, from new tools and engineering changes, die sets, replacement, and spare components.
That means greater capability here in Tennessee, along with more opportunities to support our customers’ work closer to where they need us.
The question isn’t simply what we’ve done in the past. It’s what we’re equipped to do now, and where we’re headed next.
We’re Changing How the Work Gets Done
Our transformation is bigger than equipment.
As our manufacturing capabilities have grown, we’ve continued strengthening the systems and processes behind them.
We’re focused on creating more disciplined workflows, greater consistency, stronger communication and better visibility across the manufacturing process.
Operational excellence isn’t created by adding one machine or introducing one new process.
It happens when technology, talent, data and disciplined processes work together as a system.
For us, this system is built around a clear collective goal: Expanding what we can do in Tennessee to support more complex work, every day.
Our People Are Growing With the Operation
Behind every investment is a team responsible for turning new technology and expanded capacity into real manufacturing capability.
As our company has evolved, so have our people.
Team members are developing new skills and taking on greater responsibilities while also stepping into new roles across the operation.
That growth matters because advanced equipment alone doesn’t produce great work. It takes experienced people who understand the process and continuously look for ways to make the work better.
What It Means for Our Customers
Every improvement ultimately comes back to the same question: How does this help us serve our customers better?
Expanded manufacturing capability gives us the opportunity to take on a broader range of work and increasingly complex challenges while stronger processes help us execute with greater consistency and control. Our experienced, growing team gives us the expertise to solve problems when the work gets difficult.
We are building an operation capable of delivering the performance and delivery our customers expect, today and as their needs continue to evolve.
Come See the Difference
For those who haven’t walked our floor recently, this is a very different Integrity USA from the one they may remember.
That’s exactly why we’re opening our doors.
On September 24, we’ll host the Integrity USA Open House, giving customers, partners and industry colleagues an opportunity to experience that transformation firsthand.
Experience the New Integrity USA. See what’s changed. Build what’s next.
