How Drew Helps Drive Innovation at Integrity
Innovation is more than adopting new technology. It’s about building systems that create smarter operations and better collaboration, leading to stronger outcomes for customers. That mindset is exactly what drives Drew Reiss’ work every day.
Now an Analyst, Drew joined us as a college intern while studying accounting, hoping to gain experience in a professional environment. Five years later, he now helps lead critical data integration and software development initiatives that support operations across Integrity’s global manufacturing network.
“I came in looking for office experience,” Drew said. “I didn’t realize how much opportunity there would be to grow into different areas of the business.”
From Intern to Operational Innovator
That growth has included experience in marketing, quality systems, sales operations, and now advanced operational software development. Today, Drew works on implementing and improving our Foundry platform, connecting data systems, building operational applications, and helping teams across the organization make more informed decisions.
His work directly supports our broader commitment to operational excellence and data-driven manufacturing.
“Our goal is to build tools that help people do their jobs more effectively,” Drew explained. “Whether it’s improving visibility for leadership teams or removing barriers for frontline employees, the systems we build are meant to make the entire operation stronger.”
One milestone stands out in particular: helping us transition fully away from our legacy operating system and into a modern, integrated platform.
“It was rewarding because we built something that wasn’t just temporary,” Drew said. “It’s a foundation we’ll continue building on for years.”
Technology Designed Around the Business
Unlike many traditional manufacturing organizations that rely on standardized software packages, we take a different approach by developing solutions tailored to its operational needs.
“We’re not forcing the business to fit the software,” Drew explained. “We’re building systems that evolve with the business.”
That flexibility and innovation are part of what makes us unique. The company’s manufacturing execution system is designed to continuously adapt, optimize, and improve performance across operations.
Collaboration also plays a major role in Drew’s work. He regularly partners with development teams across Integrity locations in the U.S., Canada, and Mexico to create solutions that support the organization globally.
“At the end of the day, the best solutions come from collaboration,” he said. “Everyone brings different experiences and perspectives to the table.”
Building the Future of Manufacturing
For Drew, the most meaningful part of the work is knowing the systems being built today will help shape the future of the company.
“There’s real importance behind what we’re doing,” he said. “When the work matters, that’s motivating.”
