For Dustin Oertle, our Manufacturing Manager, who oversees shop floor operations, that means helping departments stay aligned and workflows stay efficient, so teams can stay focused on delivering quality results for customers.

Over the years, Dustin has worked across multiple areas of the operation, gaining firsthand experience in mold making, machining, CNC systems, and production coordination. Today, he helps oversee collaboration across engineering, machining, project management, and manufacturing operations.

His approach reflects a larger philosophy that drives our operational model.

“We have to operate as one team,” Dustin explained. “If one area falls behind, it impacts everything downstream.”

That systems-focused mindset aligns closely with our commitment to operational excellence; emphasizing process optimization, accountability, communication, and continuous improvement across every stage of production.

One area Dustin has prioritized is improving communication between departments to create stronger collaboration and reduce operational silos.

“When people stay connected and understand how their work impacts the next department, the whole operation performs better,” he said.
